  1. natural (210Po, 210Pb, 234U, 235U, 238U, 230Th, 232Th) radionuclides in environmental samples,
  2. radioactive elements distribution and accumulation in land organisms,
  3. radioactive disequilibrium of 210Po/210Pb, 234U/238U, 235U/238U in sources of polonium and uranium in the environment,
  4. natural (210Po, 210Pb, 226Ra, 234U, 235U, 238U, 230Th, 232Th) radionuclides in food products.

Laboratory of Environmental Chemometrics:

  1. computational nanotoxicology,
  2. environmental and human health risk assessment of nanomaterials.
  3. development of machine learning methods in modelling the safety aspects of nanocarriers improving the transport of drugs to the central nervous system
  4. chemoinformatic search for ionic liquids with bactericidal activity
  5. Nano-QSAR models.
  6. extending the existing methodology of ML/AI models.

Laboratory of Toxicology and Radiation Protection:

  1. natural (40K, 210Po, 210Pb, 226Ra, 234U, 235U, 238U, 230Th, 232Th) and artificial (137Cs, 228Ac, 237Np, 238Pu, 239+240Pu, 241Pu, 241Am, 244Cm) radionuclides determination in environmental samples - marine and land,
  2. radiochemical trace analysis,
  3. speciation and fractionation of radionuclides,
  4. radioactive elements distribution and accumulation in marine and land organisms
  5. radioactive disequilibrium in the assessment of radionuclides sources in the environment
  6. the Chernobyl accident's impact on radioactive pollution,
  7. natural and artificial radionuclides in food products and their radiological impact on human health.
