Funding from the UG Doctoral Council

There is the possibility of co-financing from the Budget of the UG Doctoral Council for trips to conferences (if the applicant presents a paper or poster) of up to PLN 1,000, queries of up to PLN 200 or other scientific trips (training, internships, etc.).

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:

• Conference (presentation of a poster/reference is a prerequisite):

  -an application to the Budget Committee of the UG Doctoral Council (must include information on the conference: where, when, type, Polish or foreign);

  - cost estimate, with the proviso that the amount requested may not exceed PLN 1,000;

  - abstract (even if you do not send an abstract to the conference);

  - acknowledgement of receipt of abstract (may be a printout of the conference schedule with the name of the applicant).

   

• Training:

  - application to the Budget Committee of the UG Doctoral Council (must include information on training: where, when, type, etc.).;

  - costing;

  - confirmation of registration for training.

Failure to include these attachments will result in the application not being considered. You can also apply for funding after the conference or training.
