Equipment and scope of research

Laboratory of LCMS and CE

The laboratory is equipped with the following devices:

HPLC-MS set:

  • liquid chromatograph by Agilent Technologies (model 1200)
  • HCT Ultra spectrometer by Bruker Daltonics

UHPLC-MS set by Agilent Technologies

  • liquid chromatograph  1290 Infinity
  • Agilent Technologies 6550 iFunnel Q-TOF spectrometer

Capillary Electrophoresis System ProteomeLabTM PA800 by Beckman Coulter.

HPLC-MS set:

  • HPLC system by Agilent Technologies (model Agilent 1200) with a double pump, degasser, autosampler, column thermostat and diode detector
  • Bruker Daltonics HCT Ultra spectrometer with an ion trap analyzer. The mass spectrometer is equipped with three types of ion sources using different methods of ionization of the sample: electrospray (sources: ESI and off-line nanoESI) and chemical ionization (APCI).

UHPLC-MS set:

  • UHPLC system by Agilent Technologies (model Agilent 1290 Infinity) with a double pump, thermostatic autosampler, column thermostat and diode detector.
  • Agilent 6550 iFunnel Q-TOF spectrometer. The device is equipped with two MultiMode ion sources (a combination of ESI and APCI) and a source using the Agilent Jet Stream technology.

Capillary Electrophoresis System ProteomeLabTM PA800 by Beckman Coulter.

This device contains three detectors:

  • UV (200nm, 214nm, 254nm, 280nm)
  • PDA (detection in range of 190-600nm)
  • LIF (argon laser 488nm)

Thermostatic garage allows samples to be stored in specific temperature conditions (range 20-60 ° C).

Thanks to a special interface, it is possible to connect the system to a mass spectrometer.
